Villainy Mix: TWOCLAY by Gingashi Villainy Mix: TWOCLAY by Gingashi
Combining the name Twoface and Clayface wouldn't be so great if I ended up with Faceface... so Twoclay it is!

Harvey Karlo played an unstoppable knightly lawyer on tv, but as an actor he was tied up in crooked business that helped his stardom. When relations with the mob were getting bad, he got into an "accident" which disfigured half his body, ruining his acting career. Desperate to regain his fame he turned to an untested cosmetic substance to try and rebuild his image, but only ended up becoming a monster.

Not only did his body undergo a horrific change, his mind also became split. Half of him believed he was the heroic lawyer he played on tv, and the other half stayed as a revenge seeking victim. When the lawyer takes control, the clay half transforms and completes the other side of his face to perfection... but when the victim takes control, the clay expands and covers over the good side... showing a complete monster.

Haha, great origin... "FaceFace" makes sense (or even "Face-to-Face/Vis a Vi")

Two-face is my favorite batman villain, while clay face is one of my least, but this mix works really well. Seems like something that would actually happen in a comic. Good job.

bit of a contradiction there isnt it? if hes clay, why not just change himself back to normal? sure theres still the evil side of his persona, but then theres no need for the silly look of his face. nonetheless, great art

Mixing the tragic background of both characters into a workable whole... and I like the idea of transforming between the two sides?

Brilliant!

And crossing both Harvey and Boris's stories was done very cleverly!
Is that the coin there near his hand?

Looked it up.

Apparently it's a double-sided Peace Dollar from 1921.

But then again this is TwoClay, not TwoFace :D

It seems like these two characters were pretty much like one of the best combinations. You get the good versus evil of two face, yet the morphing of Clayface.

I love the textures that you used on Clayface's side, it's really nifty, helps add tothe feel of sand and dirt. Overall the coloring and lines are pretty rockin' actually. The pose is pretty rockin' too, shows the struggle he goes through. Harvey pretty much struggles no matter what though. Still, there's somethig about this combination that tickles my funny and makes me smile.

It's really interesting how good all the villany mix characters worked out.
And since Two-Face was always be my favourite one I love the portraying of him in the double version with the shape changing Clayface. You really did an intersting and imaginative job plus that they are all so well drawn...congrats.
